Wordpress / Elementor Web Developer – Ongoing Client Site Builds & Support

I run a small marketing agency serving local service businesses. I need a reliable freelance web developer to take over build and maintenance work.

What you'll do:

Build websites from a provided mockup/design in WordPress

Ensure sites are mobile-responsive, fast-loading, and have clean, usable UX

Set up and troubleshoot hosting, domains, DNS, and SSL

Implement basic on-page SEO (titles, meta, headers, schema, sitemap, etc.)

Fix bugs and handle technical issues on existing sites as they come up

Communicate clearly on timelines and flag issues before they become problems

You should have:

Solid hands-on experience with WordPress (and GoHighLevel (GHL) as a bonus.)

Comfortable with hosting/domain management (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.)

Working knowledge of on-page SEO fundamentals

An eye for clean design/UX — you can take a mockup and make it look right, not just "technically work"

Good English communication and responsiveness during US business hours (Central time preferred)

Nice to have:

Experience with local service business websites specifically

Basic graphic/image editing for web assets

Familiarity with page speed optimization (Core Web Vitals, image compression, caching)
