Mom’s Meals, the leading provider of refrigerated meals delivered to households in the healthcare sector, is experiencing rapid growth. A Fulfillment Associate is responsible for selecting, scanning, and packing a portion of customer orders while ensuring they are passed through safely and efficiently. The work is fast-paced and requires working throughout the entire shift in a refrigerated environment. Third Shift hours are Sunday evening through Thursday evening, from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour. Overtime may be required, including on weekends, based on business needs. A job offer is contingent upon successfully passing a drug test prior to employment, as well as a background check, where permitted by law. **Job duties may include, but are not limited to:** – Select the correct items for cold storage boxes, scan them properly, and pack the items to complete your portion of the customer’s order – Follow strict safety, quality, and production standards – Pay close attention to details, including reading labels and selecting products – Meet productivity and accuracy requirements – Consistently deliver high-quality work – Move products between locations while following food safety and hygiene guidelines – Assist with general cleanliness and organization – Work in a large indoor warehouse space, without exposure to outdoor weather, in temperatures of 34–40°F (gloves provided) **Required Skills & Experience:** – Must be at least 18 years old – Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hours continuously – Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds (about 23 kg) – Shifts may include weekends, holidays, and/or overtime – Strong customer service orientation – Team player with strong communication skills – Ability to work independently with minimal supervision – Basic reading and comprehension skills required – Pass a drug test and background check after an offer **Preferred Skills & Experience:** – High school diploma or GED – Prior experience in warehousing/distribution or a similar environment **Physical Requirements:** – Regular use of hands to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reaching with hands and arms – Frequently standing, talking, and listening – Occasionally walking, bending, kneeling, or crouching – Occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds (about 23 kg) – Vision requirements include near, far, peripheral, and depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus – Ability to perform repetitive movements – Ability to work in changing temperatures (cold/warm) **Our Team Members Enjoy:** – Higher starting hourly pay – Free breakfast and lunch – Weekly pay – No uniforms; casual dress code – Referral bonuses available starting on Day 1 – PTO, 401(k), and a comprehensive benefits package **Company Overview** Since 1999, Mom’s Meals has delivered fully prepared, refrigerated meals to people’s homes nationwide.
