SOX & Controls Compliance Lead – Remote

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Controls & Compliance to lead SOX 404/302 compliance activities and system implementation reviews. This remote role requires strong experience in internal controls and interaction with external auditors.

The candidate should have a 4-year degree in business disciplines, CPA or advanced degree preferred, and 5–7 years in SOX/IC or internal audit, with SAP experience and COSO framework familiarity.
