Senior Accountant - SEC Reporting

Prepare and review financial statements and reports in compliance with SEC regulations. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data by conducting thorough analysis and reconciliation. Stay up-to-date with changes in SEC regulations and ensure timely implementation of any required updates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial data and provide support in the preparation of SEC filings. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in financial reporting. Review and analyze internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and other required forms. Support external auditors during quarterly and year-end reviews and audits. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the accounting team. Participate in special projects and initiatives to improve financial reporting processes and procedures. Communicate effectively with management and other stakeholders on financial reporting matters. Ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards. Conduct financial analyses and provide insights to aid in decision-making processes. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of financial data.
