Remote NOC Analyst II — Overnight Growth & Impact

JSI invites you to join our overnight Network Operations Center as a Network Analyst II working remotely. You will monitor customer networks, manage tickets, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate complex issues as needed.

The role requires 1–3 years in a NOC or technical support environment, strong problem solving and communication skills, and the ability to work overnight hours. A high school diploma is required; an associates or bachelor’s in a technical field is preferred.
