Responsibilities Tell us the markets, functions, and companies you cover Review prepared executives we believe fit your clients or searches When there's a fit, make the introduction Where it's appropriate, introduce us to executives who would benefit from what we do Skills Experienced executive search and executive recruiting professionals, including • Executive Search Consultant • Executive Search Associate / Senior Associate • Executive Recruiter • Executive Talent Partner / Executive Talent Associate • Search Consultant • Principal or Partner at an executive search firm We're specifically interested in professionals from retained executive search firms — Korn Ferry, Spencer Stuart, Heidrick & Struggles, Russell Reynolds Associates, Egon Zehnder, and the boutique and specialist firms doing the same caliber of work • Real, trusted relationships with executives and/or hiring companies • Experience at the C-suite and senior-leadership level • A defined market — industry, function, or geography — you know deeply • Discretion.
