[Remote] Databricks Resident Solution Architect-remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Confidential is seeking an experienced Databricks Resident Solution Architect to support enterprise-scale data platform initiatives. The role focuses on designing and delivering Databricks solutions, leading end-to-end implementations, and providing client-facing consulting across cloud, data engineering, analytics, and modern data warehousing environments.

- Design and deliver enterprise-scale data platforms and Databricks solutions
Skills
- 12–15+ years in Data Engineering, Data Platforms, Data Analytics, and Modern Data Warehousing
- 10+ years of consulting/client-facing delivery experience
- 6–8+ successful Databricks implementations as Developer, Technical Lead, or Solution Architect
- Advanced Databricks certification
- Strong cloud architecture experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
- Advanced Apache Spark expertise, including performance tuning and optimization
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, Structured Streaming, ETL/ELT
- Strong knowledge of Unity Catalog, Workflows, MLflow, Delta Live Tables (DLT) and Lakehouse architecture
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Jenkins
- Working knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, lifecycle management, and monitoring
- Strong troubleshooting, architecture, scalability, performance, and cost-optimization skills
- US Citizen
- Preferably Databricks Data Engineering Professional
- Databricks Solutions Architect Champion experience
- Public Sector experience
- Security Clearance
- Public Sector experience
