The Role

AAA USA is hiring Remote Appointment Setters. Your job is simple to explain and hard to master: connect with inbound and qualified le, have real conversations, and get them booked on the calendar with our closers.

You're not cold-calling out of a phone book. You're not chasing people who never raised their hand. You're the first voice a prospect hears — and the reason they show up.

This is a phone and communication role. Volume matters. Skill matters more.

What You'll Do

  • Contact and qualify inbound and assigned le by phone, text, and email
  • Build fast rapport and identify whether a prospect is a fit
  • Book qualified appointments onto closers' calendars
  • Follow up relentlessly — most money is made on contact attempts 3 through 8
  • Log activity accurately and hit daily and weekly activity targets
  • Show up to team calls, take coaching, and apply it the same day

Training Provided

No prior industry knowledge required. We train you on:

  • Our scripts, objection handling, and call frameworks
  • The CRM and dialer
  • How to qualify fast and book without pressure
  • Ongoing coaching, call reviews, and live role-play

You bring the work ethic. We'll hand you the playbook.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas
  • Self-motivated, driven, and hungry for success with a "10X" mindset
  • Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a computer
  • Availability Monday through Friday, with weekend availability as needed
