Radiologic Associates of Fredericksburg (RAF) is a Virginia-based, physician-owned radiology group with a long-standing reputation for quality, collaboration, and physician leadership. We are currently seeking talented radiologists to join our team in the following roles:
Overnight Radiologist (up to $150,000 in hiring incentives)
This remote position involves interpreting emergency department and inpatient imaging studies from 10PM to 7AM ET on a one week on/two week off schedule.
The 1099 base salary for this role is $550,000 for a minimum of 58 RVUs per shift, with significant potential for higher earnings. For instance, an average of 80 RVUs per shift could result in an income exceeding $650,000.
Swing Shift Radiologist (5 PM to 1 AM ET. Up to $150,000 in hiring incentives)
This is a remote position with employed, independent contractor (1099), and partnership options available. 5 PM–1 AM ET with flexible scheduling options (e.g., 1 week on/1 week off or 1 week on/2 weeks off).
An emergency radiology skill set is required, including proficiency in CT/CTA, ultrasound, X-ray, emergent OB, and basic emergency MRI.
Compensation is highly competitive, with earning potential exceeding $800,000 annually for radiologists averaging 80 wRVUs per shift.
General Radiologist – Beckley, WV (Raleigh General Hospital)
We are seeking an on-site diagnostic radiologist to join our team in Beckley, WV:
- Full-time, daytime-only schedule — no nights, weekends, evenings, or holidays required
- Competitive W2 base salary of $450,000, with productivity incentives pushing total annual compensation into the $500,000–$600,000+ range
- Partnership track available, with partners earning $650,000+
- General diagnostic radiology with some fluoroscopy
- Supportive, collaborative team culture with subspecialty backup and infrastructure from a larger, growing practice

General Radiologist – Henderson, NC
We are seeking an on-site or hybrid diagnostic radiologist to staff Maria Parham Health in Henderson, NC:
- Full-time, daytime-only schedule — no nights, weekends, evenings, or holidays required

This is a remote position. Our practice utilizes a “fair” RVU system for daytime radiologists, where plain films and chest CTs are valued higher than CMS wRVU.
