Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble foam components into mattresses
• Apply glue to foam consistently on the production line
• Execute quality control checks using appropriate tools
• Label finished products for shipping
• Ensure cleanliness within the department

Requirements:

• Prior experience is a plus, but not essential
• Ability to lift between 20-40 lbs comfortably
• Competency in interpreting measurements
• Basic understanding of personal protective gear
