Outbound Phone Sales Rep -- Remote, Commission (High Call Volume)
Hi, We are hiring 3 telemarketing sales reps per U.S. time zone. This is a high-volume phone role. You will live on the dialer. If that sentence made you tired, this isn’t for you.
Read this before you apply.
This is 75–100 outbound calls a day, Monday through Friday. Not "some days." Every day. Here’s the good news that makes those numbers doable: you are not cold selling a product. The le are provided. Your job is to call businesses and inform them of what they need to do to stay compliant with licensing laws and regulations, then move the process forward. These businesses are responsive and not upset that you called. In a lot of cases, they are glad you called.
It’s commission-only, with a ramp period. Typical reps earn around $2,000 to $2,500 in month 1, grow to about $4,000 in month 2, and settle at $4,000 to $5,000+ per month from month 3 on, once their collections pipeline matures. These figures are realistic if you take the job seriously and apply the necessary effort (9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 5 hours per day calling businesses from le we provide). The le are almost limitless; we have thousands of qualified le and will not run out. In addition to commission, we also run weekly and monthly sales contests with extra cash prizes.
Who thrives in this seat:
1. You’re comfortable on the phone all day and can prove your volume with numbers.
2. Proficient with Go High Level software / CRMs.
3. You don’t need a manager standing over you. You’re already dialing.
4. Rejection bounces off you. Call 61 sounds as sharp as call 1.
5. You’re organized: you disposition your le and follow the process instead of winging it.
6. You show up every day for months and years, not weeks. We’re building a team, not filling a seat until you get bored.
What you’ll do:
• Call the le we provide in our CRM. All the info you need is right there to reference.
• Get to the decisionmaker and gather their full name and email address.
• Send the follow-up email or invoice, depending on the call outcome.
• Disposition every lead cleanly in the CRM.
That’s the loop. Call, inform, capture the decisionmaker, disposition, follow up. Rinse and repeat, all day.
What you get:
• Everything handed to you: le, scripts, CRM, dialer, training. You bring the mouth and the follow-through.
• Fully remote, working your own time zone’s business hours.
• A real team, not a call-center farm, with room to grow as we expand across all four time zones.
• Weekly pay on sales.
Important:
We get a high volume of applications from people who want a job. We’re looking for people who can do this job, which is all about follow-through and attention to detail. When you apply, you’ll be asked three short screening questions. Answer all three, in order, or your application won’t move forward. That’s not us being difficult. That’s the exact attention to detail this job runs on.
Serious applicants, we want to talk. Everyone else, we wish you well.
Start your reply with the word ‘Dialed” or I won’t reply to your response to the Ad for hire.
