MicroStrategy Administrator with AWS

You will administer and maintain MicroStrategy servers across OS and tool layers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, maintenance, and patching of MicroStrategy servers and clients.
• Execute capacity planning, performance tuning, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Define and implement migration procedures for application and configuration objects from QA to production.
• Manage MicroStrategy security, including LDAP groups, roles, and user interface portals.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues involving configurations, cubes, reports, and dashboards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total experience in MicroStrategy or related administration.
• 5+ years of dedicated MicroStrategy Administration experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence.
• Proficiency in SQL query writing and SQL troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/UNIX operating systems.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Capability in capacity sizing and planning for MicroStrategy infrastructure components.
• Proficiency in creating dynamic dashboards, visualizations, and auditing metrics.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
