HR|Payroll Solutions Implementer Consultant

Our client – company UAB OIXIO. OIXIO – is an expert in the field of companies’ digital application development, implementation, improvement, and management for 27 years.

OIXIO is expanding its team and is looking for an HR|Payroll Solutions Implementer Consultant who will contribute to the implementation, development, and client consultation of human resources and payroll management solutions.

Job Nature:

• Client needs analysis, consultation, training on Dynamics 365 HR|Payroll solution projects;
• Preparation and alignment of functional requirements documents (FRD) with clients;
• Participation in the implementation and development of HR|Payroll solutions;

Requirements:

• Experience in business management system design, implementation, and/or development (implementer or client side);
• Experience working with Microsoft D365 platforms (Navision/Business Central and/or Axapta/Finance&Operations);
• Experience working with human resources, payroll, time tracking, and/or employee self-service management solutions;
• Finance/accounting knowledge (basics);
• Interest in IT innovations, digital solutions;
• Responsibility, ability to work independently and in a team;
• English language skills in writing and speaking (intermediate level).
