HR Data & People Analytics- Remote

<p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our People Analytics function, reporting directly to the Lead Data Analyst. This role sits at the intersection of reporting operations, data quality, and compliance support, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven HR environment.</p><p><strong>Key Duties</strong></p><ul><li>Own the ongoing upkeep and quality review of People Analytics dashboards and scheduled reports.</li><li>Execute against established weekly and monthly reporting cycles, upholding standards for accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.</li><li>Contribute to people-related compliance reporting obligations, including preparing datasets, running validation checks, and assisting with submission processes.</li><li>Partner with stakeholders to scope, prepare, and deliver analyses and insights that address ad hoc business questions.</li><li>Develop and optimize SQL queries to pull, cross-check, and validate information from HR systems and other reporting sources.</li><li>Provide hands-on support for Workday reporting and data extraction tasks, resolving issues as they arise.</li></ul><p><br></p>
