Get me Website clients

I run a web design business building websites for local businesses (contractors, salons, cleaners, restaurants, etc.) in the Bay Area. I'm looking for a cold caller to help me book calls with interested business owners.

What you'll be doing:

Cold calling local business owners from a list I provide (business type, phone number)

Following a script I give you (already proven and working)

Finding business owners who don't have a website, or have an outdated one, and getting them to agree to a call with me

Logging each interested lead with the business name, number, and what they said

Pay structure:

$50 for every lead that results in a closed, paying client. This is pay-per-result, not hourly.

Paid once the client signs and pays.

What I'll provide:

Call list (business names, numbers, category)

Script to follow

A short call before you start so you can hear my tone and how I handle objections

What I'm looking for:

Someone who's done cold calling before, ideally comfortable talking to US business owners

Clear, friendly English communication

Comfortable with rejection, this is a numbers game

Reliable, tells me if something isn't working so we can fix it
