ERP Transformation Manager, D365 F&O

Job Description:

Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and phase 2 rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Document end-to-end procure-to-pay, month-end close, order-to-cash, inventory, logistics, and record-to-report processes
Determine where to standardize processes versus customize solutions
Design solution architectures covering system integrations, data management, and application security
Run business validation and user acceptance testing
Design cross-functional test scenarios and execute test scripts
Engage subject matter experts to validate outcomes
Build implementation plans, track milestones, and surface risks and dependencies
Evaluate and recommend D365 built-in AI capabilities and other AI tools
Partner with implementation vendors to ensure delivered solutions match the design
Drive change management and build training for new-system adoption
Identify workarounds before they become standard operating procedures
Ensure ERP-supported processes comply with internal controls and company policies
Promote configuration over customization for upgradeability
Lead special projects related to operational excellence and growth

Requirements:

7+ years in finance, accounting, or operations
Deep understanding of business operations and financial processes
3+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management or equivalent ERP solutions
Strong functional and technical knowledge of D365 F&O
Ability to design solutions across multiple business functions and end-to-end enterprise processes
Experience across assessment, analysis, business case development, solution envisioning, planning, deployment, and benefits realization
Experience in CPG, DTC, or retail operations
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field
Microsoft D365 F&O Financials certifications preferred
Ability to move between executive-level architecture discussions and hands-on delivery
Comfort owning ambiguity and building processes
Fluency with AI tools for documentation, test case generation, and analysis
