Job Overview
We're hiring Amazon Delivery Drivers in Columbus, Ohio and the surrounding Central Ohio area. Samuels & Co Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) hiring reliable drivers to deliver Amazon packages. We offer full-time, part-time, seasonal, and year-round opportunities.

Starting pay is $22.75+/hour, with paid training, performance incentives, and opportunities for advancement. Drivers operate company-provided delivery vehicles and enjoy an active work environment with opportunities to grow within the company.

Important Schedule Information:

New hires currently work approximately 10:20 AM–8:20 PM, with weekend availability required. Opportunities may become available for experienced employees to transfer to our secondary operation, which operates approximately 7:00 AM–5:00 PM at $23.75/hour, based on performance, tenure, business needs, and availability.

Responsibilities

  • Drive a company-provided delivery van to safely deliver packages to homes and businesses
  • Deliver 100–300 packages per day across residential and rural routes
  • Complete 100–200 stops daily
  • Safely enter and exit the van throughout the shift
  • Use handheld technology and GPS navigation to complete deliveries
  • Provide excellent customer service while delivering packages
  • Work independently while maintaining safety and efficiency standards

Qualifications

  • Previous delivery, driving, courier, or logistics experience is preferred but not required
  • Experience using navigation/GPS technology is a plus
  • Comfortable driving larger vehicles such as cargo vans, box trucks, or commercial vans
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining safety standards
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in all weather conditions
  • Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Must meet Amazon DSP driving eligibility requirements, including an acceptable driving record.
  • Must pass a 4 panel drug screen.
  • Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least one year.
  • Must be able to safely operate and navigate a delivery van - no CDL required!
  • Must be able to move boxes of all sizes up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to work at least one weekend day, each week. (Saturday or Sunday)
  • Must be able to easily get in and out of the van with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Comfortable using a smartphone and GPS navigation and safely delivering in varying weather and lighting conditions.
  • All shifts are day shifts. Shifts are available 7 days per week with weekend work required.
  • Paid Bi-Weekly. Daily/Weekly Pay is available through ZayZoon.
