Account Manager, Level 5

Job Description:

  • Build meaningful client relationships and uncover opportunities to expand Wrike's footprint within established accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and close
  • Proactively engage accounts through targeted outreach
  • Conduct consultative discovery calls
  • Apply solutions-based selling to articulate Wrike's ROI and align solutions with customer needs
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations
  • Identify expansion opportunities using usage patterns, adoption metrics, business goals, and industry trends
  • Monitor competitor offerings and position Wrike against alternatives
  • Use Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to identify stakeholders and manage the pipeline
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions, and other internal teams
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts with 250–5,000 employees and active Wrike subscriptions
  • Drive booking and pipeline targets

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of successful commercial sales experience; SaaS experience required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager responsible for an install account base
  • Proven proactive pipeline generation, cross-sell, upsell, and account expansion experience
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close
  • Experience expanding existing account relationships through consultative, solution-based selling
  • Strong proficiency with outbound prospecting strategies and execution
  • Proficiency with SaaS buying processes and procurement cycles
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage at multiple organizational levels
  • Excellent discovery skills and ability to align solutions with business challenges
  • Experience conducting remote product demonstrations via video conferencing
  • Experience with Challenger, MEDDIC, or Solution Selling methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Additional language proficiency if relevant to the territory
